I need a particular collection in larger quantity, is it possible?


Let us know and we will try to work something out. Most of our tableware collections with the exception of a few are able to be procured in larger quantity, but of course we will need sufficient lead time. Alternatively, we do have several new collections suitable for bigger scale events (up to 120pax), and we will be launching them really soon.




Self collection/return or delivery?


Self collection will be the default option. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged but this will incur a delivery fee, $40/trip (1-50sets), $80/trip (50sets and above).




Do I have to wash or clean the tablewares? Cleaning fee?


1 to 25 sets - You will just have to rinse them with running water before returning them to us and there will be a cleaning fee of $35. 25 sets and above - Rinse them well with running water too, and a third party off-site dishwashing agent will take over the dishes. Cleaning fee applies, and the fee is quantity-dependent. There's no need to wash the linens.




Can you help to curate a new collection for my cafe/restuarant/showflat/house?


Yes, of course, we would love to. Drop us an email and we will get in touch with you, along with information on how we can go about doing this. Design fee applies.
